I was initially skeptical about this pillow due to the price, but I'm glad I purchased it and I would recommend it to others. I am incredibly picky about pillows - the pillow needs to be fluffy enough to support my head, but not so fluffy that my neck is at a weird angle. It also needs to be soft enough to allow me to move around at night. This pillow meets all these requirements. I greatly appreciate the return policy as well - I did not use it, but just knowing that it was there made me feel comfortable purchasing and trying out this pillow.

The pillow is initially comfortable and conforming, but it goes flat too easily. I would have appreciated if it could spring back more readily, or if it was stronger.

My wife has been experimenting with different types of pillows and I purchased this for her and she loves it! Her sleep is much better and as she has expressed the comfort of this pillow is what she's been looking for. We will be purchasing 3 additional pillows very soon.

The new pillow is definitely not as firm as the one I purchased last year. The material used is not the same either. It is not as white; I am not sure if the quality is the same, as I have only had for a few weeks.
I would no longer recommend this pillow to my friends.

Shes so far good with the pillow, it has helped her sleep through the night. Less shoulder pain. Hopefully will see what the next couple of weeks brings. Fingers crossed. So far so good.
