I love Caspar mattresses; I have three. I thought I would love the pillow. It has very little support. I couldn't sleep on it very long; it was so uncomfortable for me as a side sleeper. It has the same feel as a down pillow--when you put your head in the middle, your head sinks and the sides come up around your face and back of your head. Others in my family love this kind of pillow, because you can mash it into any size you want (I gave it away, rather than return it). I like a good supportive pillow that will hold my head up. This is not for me.

This is the best pillow I’ve ever had. I’ve bought so many pillows at very high prices that still gave me neck aches in the morning. With the Casper pillow I can sleep on my side or my back pain free. I haven’t been able to sleep in my back for years because the pillow would always put too much pressure on my neck. The pillow stays cool all night. I don’t have to flip it. I LOVE THIS PILLOW, more than the bed!

Ive typically bought pillows that were pretty cheap in the past, but after staying at a friends place for a few weeks my neck was killing me with his pillows. I was skeptical with the Casper pillow because it seemed like a lot of money to me for a pillow. However, Ive been very happy with my Casper mattress over the past 4 years as well as my set of Casper sheets I purchased a few months back, so I decided to give the pillow a try. I bought the Casper standard pillow and was really happy with how soft and squishy is was. It conformed to my body well but also feels supportive at the same time. It sleeps pretty cool, though not as cool as some cool gel pillows Ive used, but those were the ones that gave me neck problems. All in all, I highly recommend he Casper pillow. It surpassed my expectations and now I couldnt imagine sleep without it.
