There is very little support. While sleeping the sides pop up around your head with no support for your actual neck. May work for some people but definitely not for me.

I want to love this pillow ... it is soft, yet solid. I bought it because my doctor wants me to sleep on my side (I'm a back sleeper with sleep apnea that is better if I sleep on my side). It is comfy for side sleeping, lots of support for my neck, but not too hard. Unfortunately, I keep ending up on my back, and it is not so good for that because it is too thick and so I end up with a headache from the angle. So I am getting used to it.
