I’ve always enjoyed sleeping on feathers and down for softness but it never gave me enough support especially between my neck and shoulders. Casper has the gusset which is not new but combing that with the pillow in pillow design it is so very comfortable and supportive. And soft on the face. King size is the best

I feel like I sink through it when I lie down, even after the corners fluffing trick (although it helps). Still very comfortable, but I wish it was a little fuller.

My Casper pillows seemed great when they first arrived. They were fluffy and cuddly. But after about two weeks of use, I noticed that they had both already lost their fluffiness. Even if I fold the pillow in half, it still isn’t as plump as it was when it first arrived. And yeah, I said after two WEEKS, not months, not years, WEEKS. This is sad because my Casper mattress is terrific. Wonder how it will fair over the next few months..

I only gave it 3 stars bc it’s too thick for me. I do use this pillow occasionally if my other pillow is leaving me with a stiff neck in the morning. The pillow seems to be well constructed so no qualms there. If it were slightly thinner I’d be perfect for me.
