I do like the pillow and will not be returning it, but as it was described as having a sturdy center and soft outer layer, I expected the pillow to be more sturdy. But it is very comfortable.

I was using 2 old pillows because they made the correct height. I figured there would be a short period to 'break in' the pillow and get use to sleeping on it, Boy was I wrong! The first night I slept fantastic. and every night since. Definitely would recommend this to everyone. In fact bought one for my girlfriend and she has been sleeping wonderfully. Thanks for making a pillow that is so comfortable!

I like this pillow a lot. With the inner pillow, you can fluff it up to get just the right amount of height and support, while the outer pillow is nice and soft. I prefer REALLY soft pillows because I get headaches that make it hurt even to just lay my head down on a pillow, and this one is very close to being pain-free for me. I had never purchased an "expensive" pillow before, but I'm very glad I did!

Have slept on it now for about a week and though much better than the pillowI had it seems not firm enough. I will try to puff it up more to see if it makes a difference. It is not disrupting my normal sleep but my neck feels achy in themorning. Sorry to go on. I want to give it a good try.
