Changed for the worse...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure what Casper changed, but this is not the same pillow as before. This is the 3rd time we have gotten this pillow and it is significantly less lofty. Not sure if they are using less filling or changed the type of filling, but it is not nearly as supportive.

Wish it was more supportive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it is fluffy however when I lay my head down I feel it is too fluffy/squishy and doesn’t hold shape well enough to support my head. I’ve woken up a few times in the morning to a sore neck as the pillow is not supportive enough.
