[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received used dirty pillow, in a plastic trash bag. Was disgusting. Dumped everything as is. Tried to report, didn’t have any luck reaching anyone.. So now I found this in the email and I thought I should address this.

Great for back sleepers

Thick Pillow

Casper used to make this pillow in the regular thickness and a thinner thickness. The thinner thickness was perfect for me, but they have stopped making them. That is very disappointing. I’m not sure why they don’t continue to give that option. The others they offer now are too thick for me.
