I bought the Casper pillow at the time I bought the Casper bed. I love sleeping on the bed but have found the pillow is uncomfortable for me. It's too heavy, the pillow density is too much and my neck aches after I sleep on it. It is great to put behind my head when reading in bed.

as soon as i got this i tried it and passed out hugging it in the middle of the day.i love this pillow without a case- it is soft and pliable, very flexible.the only issue is, once i put the pillowcase on it , it becomes too tight and the fact that it is a large and thick pillow - too much so for my head/ shoulders becomes inescapable. perhaps i should chose a larger pillowcase, or as i just did risk getting the pillow dirty by using no case

I am still adjusting to the Casper pillow. It is quite soft and I often find myself fluffing it for comfort. However, my neck and upper back does not hurt as it usually does with other pillows. Therefore, this pillow is doing something right!I would definitely recommend.

The pillow immediately gave me relief from the sore neck that my old pillow did. Since sleeping with the pillow I have slept better overall and find it easier to fall asleep at night
