Comfortable pillow could use a touch more firmness

Awful, nothing like I expected :(

I hate this pillow. I really wanted to love it, it seemed like a good idea, fluffy outside, foamy inside, but the thing is huge, HUGE! It's like sleeping with my head on a mountain, which is just not a good position for anyones neck alignment. I tried it for a few nights and couldn't make it past 3 AM without my head and neck killing me. It is also extremely noisy, like sleeping and rolling over on giftwrap. I don't get all the good reviews, it's just terrible.

Wanted to love but….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted to love it. Tried it and tried it. Tried it with just the pillow, tried it as is. AWFUL. Hard with the top portion-without there’s hardly a pillow-nothing inside to hold the pillow. I hate hard pillows. I’m a stomach sleeper. You fall into the pillow. Really cheaply made. I stick with my Serta.
