Use to be better

I had the original casper pillow & it had finally wore out so I bought a replacement in the same model. The new pillow is ok, but not as good as the first one I had, its much flatter.

This COULD have been a great pillow...but it is the worst.

Please tell me why you guys didn’t quilt the outside shell of your pillows.
Your pillow COULD be the best pillow ever, but you failed tremendously when you decided to let the outside shell of the pillow become a ridiculously lumpy mess after washing and drying. I spend roughly 20-30 minutes PER PILLOW trying to get the stuffing somewhat in the right place after these come out of the dryer. There is simply no reason for that.
All you had to do was quilt the shell and the stuffing would stay in place. The lines are already there. What were you thinking???
Instead, I am now throwing these out because it is just not worth going through this every time they get washed.
If you ever decide to do what you should have done in the first place, please let me know. I might decide to buy them again.

I would have preferred something much firmer. I was really looking forward to this order arriving and I'm bummed that the pillow doesn't have more substance to it. I cant help but imagine how flat it will be a year from now. Material seems okay and designed well as far as I can tell, but it is soft and deflates when laid on. Maybe someone else's perfect pillow...not what I was going for.

Too firm for back sleepers

I really wanted to love this pillow, but it is way too firm for me. If you are only a side sleeper, this might be the pillow for you. But if you tend to roll over onto your back every now and then, which is the case for me, you might end up waking up with headache like I did twice! I definitely would not recommend buying these pillows since they are not returnable.

These pillows are a game changer - I've never slept so well. They are the perfect combination of firm and soft and work for both side sleepers and stomach sleepers.
