The perfect level of firmness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was waking up with a sore neck until I bought this pillow. It’s the perfect level of firmness to support my neck, and now I wake up pain free. It’s also a great size - fills out my pillow cases really nicely. I’m so happy I upgraded!

I bought the original pillow. It’s not worth your money. The fill balls up and you can do nothing to get it back to its original comfort.

Not the "Original"

Just bought my third original Casper pillow, and definitely my last. It is totally different than the first two I've purchased over the years. No longer supportive - just a floppy mess. How can you call it the "Original" when you changed it?
