TOO DIFFICULT TO ADJUST FOR SLEEPING POSITION . IF NOT PERFECTLY PLACED UNDER NECK BUT ABOVE SHOULDER , OT THROWS MY BACK OUT AND IT IS TOO HEAVY TO MOVE SO I HAVE TO SHIFT MY WHOLE BODY DOWN, TOO EXPENSIVE FOR AN UNUSABLE PILLOW WITH NOT ENOUGH GIVE, EXCEPT FOR WATCHING TV IN BED.

I’ll say this, I’ve woken up neck pain free 9 out of 10 days using this pillow. I’d had neck pain consistently for the past year at least. I’ve tried every other pillow out there. Memory foam, down, expensive, my pillow….none of them worked for me. I’d given up until I walked into one of the brick and mortrars. So glad I did.

The pillow like the bed is firmer than I expected. It is much thicker than my former pillow and weighs a ton. I've been using it for 6 weeks now and don't mind it as much as first but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

Wanted to love this but arrived flat and never seemed to puff up. Doesn’t add enough support. Just flattens out when you lay your head down. Way too expensive for the quality we received.
