Pancake pillow

If you need any kind of support in a pillow, this is not the one. I’m a side sleeper and woke up with a sore neck after a night using this pillow. It’s like a pancake. Followed all of the fluffing recs - did not help. Wishing I had kept the box.

We have the Casper pillows on all the beds in the house, and so many times houseguests marvel about their pillow and go home determined to buy one.
