Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first Casper pillow when Casper first launched their pillows and I loved it. It was full/supportive, held it's shape so well, and washing it (following their care instructions) would make it bounce back to life with so much volume. It's still great to this day. Since then, I was gifted another pillow which didn't initially have the same volume and falls flat SO quickly. Even after washing, it falls flat again within a couple days. I thought maybe I got a dud so I decided to purchase another. This latest purchase feels like it's going to give me the same problems. It is not as supportive and does not have the same weight as my original pillow. I'm disappointed that the quality has declined over the years.

Waking up with my neck not hurting has been lifesaving

I love it and I have no issues with my neck or back bothering me. I would buy and recommend this pillow to everyone.
