While the quality and structure are good, the pillow isn’t quite firm enough for proper neck support. I kept having to wake up to adjust it so my neck would realign with my position. It didn’t perform for the price tag. My dog, however, is OBSESSED with sleeping on it, so now it’s hers and I’m not allowed to return it.

I have bought about 6 pillows in the last year and have hated almost all of them. This pillow is the best, it is also made so well and that it is completely washable. It doesn't leave any creases on your face and great for side or back sleepers.

Right out of the package it gave just the right amount of support with a softer touch than memory foam pillows (my prior). The support fades quickly, though - I have had it for about 4 weeks and have to fluff it multiple times per night and am starting to get neck pains when waking up. Might be good as a second pillow, but long term not enough head support on its own.

i have cervical spine degeneration with herniation and arthritis. the casper mattress i bought 4 years ago has been fantastic. and after buying at least 6 different pillows which make certain untrue claims, i bought the casper pillow. i love it. given my physical issues, i'm not going to say that this pillow has performed magic and eliminated my pain. i will say that i sleep more comfortably and experience much less pain after sleeping.
