I like the fact that it stays cool for a long period of time prior to me flipping it. Come to think about it, I’m only flipping it because in my opinion, it does not provide much support.

Unfortunately for me this pillow wasn't what I expected, it didn't supply the type of support I needed for my neck and way I sleep. It's extremely soft, but to thin or rather it wasn't full enough. It may be great for others, just not for me. However I would consider that others may like it, just wasn't for me.

I've been on the search for a quality pillow since my sophomore year in college a whopping 11 years ago. I love this pillow because of the combo of the two inner pillows. It gives you the support of the foam pad but because of the outer pillow it literally stays as cool as the other side of the pillow. No more waking up with a sweaty head! I love it!

Its not super great as its been advertised.Compare to pillows in similar price range, function/ comfort is similar.The bouncing back thing was the reason i bought but i dont think so. Its just flat as your head shape.

Pillow is overall softer then I have used in the past. At first, that turned me off. But the more I use it the more I love it more than my old firmer memory foam pillow. Despite its soft feeling it is very supportive and is OH SO comfortable!
