Comfy Pillows, Beware of washing, even when following care instructions.

Pillow itself is great, have had it for about 3 years.
However, I try to wash occasionally, and after 3 years, per instructions, washed, like I do when I do this, on gentle cycle, cold water. However, 1 (of 3), the inner pillow came out with a gaping hole on one corner, and a somewhat smaller hole nearby. Not ok for a 'premium' product like this, especially when following the care instructions.

Best pillow ever!

Too Soft

I didn't like the pillow at all. It's too soft and I haven't gotten a good night's sleep since purchasing the pillows. I'm not able to return or exchange them so now i have to spend more money to buy pillows that will meet my need. I probably will never purchase another Casper product.
