[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow errs the needs of feel and appearance. It does cradle the head and supports the neck with the right amount of lift and softness. It is a pretty warm pillow but it depends on what your preference is. It maintains its fluff when not in use. Overall good pillow.
