It cradles my head without my neck being at weird angle. I love that the outer pillow can be zipped off and tossed in the wash...

Best pillow and great price point

The first one I've had for a year and after receiving these two new ones, I'm impressed at how there's no difference in the one a year old and the new ones. I sleep on my casper pillow each night, follow the recommendations of fluffing every day and washing about every 4-5 months. I'm a side and back sleeper so this pillow works for both. I will only purchase a pillow that can be machine washed as I don't do dry cleaning because of the chemicals and smell and this pillow washes better than any pillow I've ever had.

Wish you could still choose the firmness
