Warranty! Comfy until it literally fell apart at the seam!

I bought two original pillows 4 or 5 years ago and have loved them. One as used a little more than the other because I am a widow. I washed them regularly as instructed on the labels but one of them has fallen apart at the seams literally! A straight line at the seam just below the zipper. I spent a lot of money on these pillows and I am on a limited budget. I was hoping it could be replaceable under the warranty. I don’t know if I want to buy any more if they will do this. They are super comfy until this one fell apart. It actually helped my neck and back.

Great pillow for the price

It's all soft on the outside and supportive on the inside, so it's perfect for your neck and head. Plus, it's built in a way that lets air flow through, so you won't get all hot and sweaty while you sleep. The pillow's not too soft or too hard, it's just right in the middle, so it works for pretty much anyone.

Like sleeping on a cloud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fell in love with Casper pillows while visiting my brother, who had them on the guest bed. I finally asked him what kind of pillows they were, since they never seemed to get flat and were so incredibly comfortable. Broke down and bought one about 5 months ago and have LOVED going to bed ever since. Just recently bought myself a second one. Not sure how I ever managed a good night’s sleep before these pillows!!
