The pillow is squishy soft and firm at the same time. My only gripe is the outer casing crackles when you lay on it. Maybe after a few washes this will loosen up

Nice pillow, but not as nice as the previous one

This is the second Casper pillow I purchased. I struggle to find a pillow I can sleep on comfortably. The first Casper pillow I bought is fabulous, doesn't flatten out, and keeps me comfortable all night. This new purchase is not as comfortable and feels thinner, i.e. with less filling, than the previous model. I woke up several times and the pillow was flat. I fluff my Casper pillows every night rather than once/week. Still, I haven't gotten this one to work well for me, but it is still a good pillow.
