Two pillow story

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two pillows one at the store at Kenwood mall and one was mailed to me. The one I bought at the store is pretty nice and fairly soft. The one that they sent me is very hard and I cannot break it in to get it soft without getting a stiff neck.
