I was impressed to say the least. I’ve slept on tempr-pedic for years and thought that had good support. Since I’ve bought a Casper bed with this pillow I have never slept so well!! Softer then what I normally have had in the past but still very supportive!!

Recommend for hot sleepers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a gift for my wife who tends to sleep hot, and she loves this pillow. She said it is sooo much better than her previous pillow. She uses a silk pillowcase with it and said she wished she had this pillow earlier. Highly recommended!!!

Split decision: one pillow great, the other not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the loft and support of the pillow I tried in the store. One of the two pillows I bought is exactly what I expected and I enjoy sleeping with it. The other has an unpleasant crinkling sound the annoys me. That’s why I reduced the stars. Maybe when I wash it the crackling sound will go away, but I don’t currently have easy access to a washer. When I do I hope it works. Part of me wishes I’d only bought one but I have beds in two different houses and wanted a comfy pillow in each. Partially happy.

A custom sleeping experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fiancé and I have been fans of Casper for almost 5 years! We just refreshed our pillows and we are just as much in love as we were when we originally purchased pillows. I also have very sensitive allergies so the technology and washing method really help with that. We each are different sleepers too, so with the differing pillow heights or “lofts” make us feel like our pillows are custom to each of us.
