This pillow is great! My body and neck align perfectly. This has helped with head, neck, and shoulder pain. Well worth every penny! (On a side note! Please consider making a pillow that is thicker for tall/big men. My husband loves the pillow but needs to add a pillow under the Casper so it aligns his head/neck. Anyone with more space between their shoulder and neck may need that second pillow to fill that larger space up. Having a thicker Casper would be terrific!)

I bought 2 pillows and they are stuffed differently. one is soft and fluffy and the other is more stuffed and firm. I gave the soft one to my husband he sleep good with no problems. The more firm one I kept for myself I sleep good but wish it were more like my husbands. So if you buy them you really don't know what you are going to get.

I know you give a 100 day trial and I am finding out why. We bought two pillows and a matress over Pres Day weekend and I still haven't slept a full night without tossing and turning -- a lot. Granted, my back and neck have felt better most days. I assume it takes 100 days just to get used to a far different pillow and matress. For the money, I'd call the Matress a value and the pillows on the pricey end . They seem too soft and spread out like warm butter unless I contain it with my arm or hand.
