As a retired Chiropractor I can attest that the Casper pillow is one of the finest pillows, if not the finest pillow, that I have ever purchased and used. Since receiving it, It has become my every night pillow.
In my 25 years in private practice I had the opportunity to see, purchase, sell, and use myriad of pillows: memory foam, buckwheat, down, synthetic fiber, every material under the sun as well as firm, soft, curved, flat, anatomically shaped - you name it. Some were good, most were a total waste of money. Many were too cost prohibitive for my average patient to afford.
The Casper pillow gets it perfect. Supportive in any and every position, it is cool, and comfort. From Day 1 there was no "break-in" period. Take it out of the shipping box, fluff it up and you are ready to go. I can see that a lot of thinking, time and energy went into its development. It is just "what the Doctor" ordered. And it is affordably priced.
In addition to my healthcare career, I have been a college professor for 30 years, teaching (and writing about) Human Anatomy & Physiology to future Allied Healthcare practitioners, so I have pretty good credentials for giving this pillow a 5 star rating.
Purchased these pillows for my wife and son, too (he also sleeps on a Casper mattress). The whole family is quite happy with Casper products.

Both of us ending up returning our pillows. They were too soft, and they held indentations from our heads after only a few weeks that would not go away. The cover was also crisp rather than soft and made noise when turning over and changing positions. The pillow cupped around our ears in such a way that it also caused any noises in the room to echo weirdly in our ears. Over-all, not the pillow for us.

Who knew finding a pillow could be such a pain in the neck! When I first got my pillow my initial thought was... “wonder how long it was going to take to break it in”? Answer: No time at all! I’ve been sleeping perfectly from day 1! I have to say this has been a great pillow no matter what position I sleep in. I am usually a side sleeper but I often wake up on my stomach. It really didn’t matter what position I was in I felt comfortable and supported. I truly recommend this pillow.
