I can't go back to cheap pillows....

I've always bought the cheapest pillows I could get at a big box store. I figured a pillow is a pillow. After purchasing our life-changing Casper bed, my husband decided to try their pillows. What a difference!
Placing my head on a Casper pillow instantly transported me to the fancy resort hotel we stayed in for our anniversary. I'm a side and sometimes stomach sleeper and these pillows supported my head perfectly no matter which way I flopped during the night. I can never go back to cheap pillows again.

Does not stand up to a wash

This was bought around 2019 and I thought it was okay for a supportive pillow. It was soft and molded well. I have been seeking a good pillow for a neck issues which I had to get Physical Therapy for. Overall it worked nicely last the time until I decided to wash the cover of it.
I followed the instructions and the zipper cover shrunk and has clumps now in the pockets inside case and cannot get it to soften up like it was. It sits in my closet now. Very upset since I had liked it and now this is what happened. Now it is not soft and molding to my neck and hard.

Great pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Casper pillow. At first glance, it seems like it'll be too big, but your head sinks in quite a bit, though not in a bad way. There's good support for your head an neck. The only negative I have is that it does t work too well with a second pillow, which I use occasionally so I do t snore as much.
