Not quite for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this pillow for its look and fluff but it’s not firm enough for my partner and me. We like to have them for the bed and when are sitting up in bed, but if you like a firm pillow, this one may not be right for you!

Good quality pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall these are good pillows. Nice quality, and I like that you can take the cover off to wash them. For me, they’re a little bit bulkier than I am used to (I normally use down pillows). But I make sure to only sleep with one pillow and it is fine. I really love my new Casper setup.

I absolutly loved my Casper for the first few months, lovely support, never had to worry about the fluff moving around. Then I washed it as per the instructions, even air drying it to ensure I wouldn't damage any of it. The pillow after washing LOOKED the same, but the fluff turned average. it wouldn't support through the night, I would wake up often to reposition the pillow and fluff, and that's not what you want in a pillow. I still have it, but only as back support when I am reading a book in bed. This pillow had such promise but they have a ways to go with the design. maybe doing a quilt stitch to keep the fluff in place for the outer shell?
