You ruined a great pillow.

The first two, ordered about a year ago, were perfect; just the right amount of fill that provided the perfect blend of firmness and comfort. I don’t know what was changed, but this version of the pillow has less fill and is way too soft. Whatever you did, you ruined the pillow for me (I’m a side sleeper).

My favorite dreamy cloud pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second original Casper pillow that I purchased and I will probably buy another one in the future. They're great quality pillows that feel like you're sleeping on a fluffy cloud...not too firm, not too soft...just the perfect balance. They're easy to wash too. Simply separate the inner compartment from the outer one and throw in the washer on the gentle cycle. Most importantly...they keep their shape and firmness for a few years compared to other brands of pillows that are flat and pathetic after a year or so. The pillow does lose some of it's original bounce and firmness after two or more years of use and washing, but overall a great pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an awesome pillow! I think this pillow is the best pillow I’ve had in the past 20 years. Fluffy outer pillow that is removable and washes like a dream. It’s like sleeping on a cloud every night. Very comfortable and in the morning give it a shake or two, it returns to its original marshmallow like shape. If you like a flatter pillow, you can unzip it and like magic you’ll have 2 Caspers. Now that I have a pillow, I’ll have to get a mattress! If you like a soft pillow you can sink into. This is the pillow for you!
