Yes, my expectations were high. A few friends had been raving about these pillows. However, the “inner pillow” is definitely a little hard. It’s almost like the pillow is fooling you into thinking it’s comfy. I lay down on it, and it’s wonderfully plush and soft and then I’m like, what is this rock inside my pillow? Might have to return, my neck has been killing me all week :(
