It holds my head while laying down, so I guess it fulfills it’s obligation as a pillow. Outside of that I was not impressed.

Not too firm, not too soft, just right. I was using another pillow behind my old one but I don’t have to do that anymore. Amazing, absolutely love it.

This is my second Casper pillow . I have to remove the pillow in the middle and just use that because I have a neck problem. Obviously it works great for me but I would love to be able to purchase only the part I need. If ever Casper decided to offer just that insert I would be very grateful. That is the only negative thing I can say about the pillow. It’s just more than I need. Otherwise perfect and I would highly recommend!
