I guess it is like sleeping on a cloud, since clouds offer no support, just like this pillow.
I opened a pillow to let it inflate for an hour or so. It inflated to about 6.5 inches of loft. I laid on the pillow on my side - which resulted in my head bottoming out the pillow. I tried my back and stomach, and I bottomed out the pillow in those positions as well. Zero support. None whatsoever. Your head just falls right through to the bottom like there's nothing there.
I have two 2-pound ankle weights, so I put one on the pillow in the center, a few inches up from the bottom edge (where your head would be). It crushed the pillow down so that it was slightly less than 2 inches tall at the edge, less in the center. I put the second weight in the center next to the first one, and the pillow bottomed out. That's 4 pounds of weight over a head sided area bottoming out the pillow.
According to Google the average human head is 10-11 pounds. I have no idea how anyone can use this pillow in any position. It collapses under very minor weight and offers zero support.

Too fluffy

I have tried countless pillows over the years (mostly higher end) and was told about the Casper pillows (original to be exact) by a friend and decided to give a try. The best pillow-decision ever! Not too hard; not too soft; JUST RIGHT!
All my beds have these pillows now and are on a constant rotation for birthday/ anniversary/holiday- you name it- gifts as well.
I can't say enough how great these pillows are: AWESOME!
