An uncomfortable lumpy pillow

I have owned my Casper matress and pillow for well over a year. The matress is nice, comfortable and has held up well so far. The pillow sucks. When it came out of the box it didn't sit flat and has some kind of awkward twist in the inner firm portion of the pillow. The outer soft portion of the pillow is lumpy and has a tendency to shift to the sides of the pillow or worse all to one side. If this was an inexpensive product I'd give it two stars. As it is it is fairly pricey and just not very comfortable. It has been relegated to the guest pillow and even then only as a backup.
Save your money and find a better pillow.

Love the Casper pillow! Both my husband & I sleep very well with the pillow & it gives me the support I need for my neck (degenerative discs). I also love that you can take the pillows apart & wash them. Well worth the money!

I had this pillow for about 2 years now and at first it was great but all of the padding in the cover has gotten all bundled up on both sides. I've tried fluffing it and separating the cotton or w/e material is in there but it just doesn't do any justice. I've enjoyed casper products but it looks like I'm going to be looking elsewhere for a better pillow.
