I've had the pillows for about 4 days and I am in love with them. I have always needed 2 and with these, one is perfect. If you are hesitant to spend this much on a pillow as I was - don't be! You can not put a price on a good night sleep. My neck and shoulder pain was gone after one night. I had pain and stiffness for so long I just started getting used to it. After one night any stiffness was gone and there was no fluffing or adjusting during the night - another thing I was getting used to having to do with other pillows. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this product. Just think! I have 96 more days to see if this lives up. What other product can you say that about? I highly recommend and I am planning to make these a Christmas gift to family and close friends. Thank you for making such a wonderful and unique pillow.

I just received my Casper Pillow yesterday. When I opened it, I thought it would have way too high of loft. It didn't. Loft was spot on. Spine and head aligned. Love the down alternative feel. However, after just one night sleep, this pillow goes really flat, really fast. I was putting my arm under the pillow to get more support. Great concept. I just don't think for a side sleeper like me it will be firm enough. Love the gusset!

This pillow was great at first. I really love the inner part of the pillow but the outer part really sucks. The fluff in the outer part gets all clumped up in 1 or 2 areas. Leaving zero fluff in parts. It makes it lumpy. I try to work out the lumps but there seems to be no fixing it.

It’s really comfortable and if it ever goes flat you just have to fluff it a little bit. Washing and drying the pillow is also very easy.
