The pillow is a great balance of cozy softness and support. I was sleeping on a My Pillow, which I did not like as much as this Casper pillow. My shoulders are broader, so I only wish it was a bit more supportive or a little larger- I probably should have ordered then larger king size instead of the standard size.

After 1 year totally unacceptable. Should last longer. The filling in the outer pillow totally gets all bunched up at one end!

When first got my pillow I went to wash it and the zipper broke I had to put it inside a pillow protector in oder to use it it’s very Comfortable so overall not happy I spent a lot for pillow

My sister got one of these pillows from her husband and I was there when she opened the box. Just holding it on the couch was lovely, so I got my own. I love down pillows and have used them all my life, but I typically hold a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. This pillow has the downy softness I require but also great support. After my first night sleeping with it my neck feels better! Slept like a baby, or perhaps cat. I’m recommending one to all my friends.
