Its just OK

The pillow is soft and comfortable but I was expecting something with a little more firmness to it. I was expecting something with the foam that you put in your Casper Mattress's, But as I said it is soft and comfortable, just not what I was expecting especially for the price.

The first few nights with the pillow were amazing, it I suppose the novelty of having a new mattress with pillows would be the reason. The pillow can be slightly uncomfortable at times even after fluffing.

I love Casper products because of their quality, but the Pillow doesn't seem to meet those standards. For me, it's a hit or miss on whether I wake up with neck pain or not. This shouldn't be the case in a pillow. I've had this pillow for nearly a year, and its magic seems to be wearing off as neck pain is becoming more prominent. It seems that the pillow needs constant fluffing as it ages, or else it will be too soft for any support. While 'soft but supportive' sounds perfect, it doesn't exactly play out that way in a night's rest. The silver lining is that when the pillow decides to cooperate, the sleep is quite blissful. I'm hoping for a version 2 of this pillow to address the problem of long-term support, because I really do love Casper products and I want to continue using them.
