Omg. I finally found the right pillow for me. I was very skeptical as I have a whole house full of pillows that were supposed to be "the perfect pillow". The Casper pillow is an investment but is so worth the money. I finally sleep comfortably through the night, my head does not get hot, and I don't wake up in the morning with my neck hurting. Everything you said about this pillow is actually true. It has been a lifesaver for me! I'm so glad I took a chance and tried it. Thank you, Casper! You have a new happy customer. Lynne Sherman

Correct firmness , but soft. Cool to the touch. Not too puffy so my neck is comfortable when sleeping on my back. I’m surprised. I have 2guestrooms with good quality pillows that just didn’t work for me.

The pillow is great for side sleeping. I've not yet reached a comfort level with it on my back, and I'm primarily a back sleeper. It would be nice if it were an inch less. Pulling the inner pillow out makes it too low. Won't send it back because it is a good pillow, just not sure it's as promised to be and "any type of sleeper" pillow.
