The Casper pillow was disappointing. It is soft, but too flat. I tried “fluffing” according to the enclosed directions, but it remains too flat for my needs. Unfortunately I find “my pillow” more satisfactory for me. Sorry.

I am the type of person who believes the squishier the pillow the better. After sleeping on Casper's pillow for a couple weeks, I realized my love affair with my super squishy pillow was over. I immediately went online and purchased a second Casper pillow. I highly recommend this pillow for those who like a mix of squishy and firm, as this pillow will not disappoint.

The pillow sleeps cool and plush all while proving support to my head and neck. I went back and bought a second one as I liked it so much. On Friday of last week I was on an American Airlines flight to London and to my surprise we had Casper pillows on board. I was able to give about 5 people a raving review on the quality and comfort of the pillow. Several people said it was a little pricey but based on my recommendation they were going to buy one. In addition, we landed in Lo don and people agreed the pillow was nice and I told them wait to you get the big one under your head.

I’ve tried more pillows than I care to count and had just about given up until my son told me about Casper. Absolutely the best pillow that I’ve ever slept on. It’s soft, yet doesn’t sink in during the night. It also doesn’t get hot. This pillow has given me my “good night’s sleep” back! Highly recommend!!

Love this pillow and intend to order more. I have slept on memory foam of one type or another for years, this pillow surpasses those pillows. It always adjusts to a comfortable position and does not get hot, makes for a really comfortable sleep. Would recommend to everyone.
