Might just be personal preference here but I found the pillow to be lacking in support. I was experiencing aches in my neck and upper back, switches back to my old pillow and they were alleviated. Love the Casper bed but would re-evaluate the pillow purchase.

I'm very pleased with this pillow. I had neck surgery due to a herniated disk C4-C5 and a plate put in my neck several years back. My neck has been stiff and painful at times over the years. This pillow is a pain relieving problem solver. I bought two of them and find myself looking forward to sleeping on them.
I recommend this pillow to my friends and also recommend it to any stranger looking for a soft, cool supporting luxury pillow.
