I tested a pillow in a store and it seemed great with a firm center and soft outer, but the pillow I received at home is super soft all the way through, no support. Not sure if I got a bad one but will be returning.

I have slept for years with a very comfortable down pillow that I can fluff or scrunch for a variety of sleeping positions and needs, but my Casper pillow is even more comfortable. I have had neck disc problems in the past, so proper support and good alignment are important. I bought a pair of these pillows to go with a new bed for one of my sons (age 21), but one of my other sons (age 26) and I liked them so much that I ordered a pair for him and got an additional pair for myself.

I love my Casper mattress but didn't love these pillows. Personal preference, but I prefer a firmer pillow. This is pillow is fluffy yet soft - so your head sinks in pretty low with the fluffy side kind of smothering your face. I really wanted to love but didn't.

Being that I’ve had really bad/old pillows for a while now, this one is really nice. I definitely slept better, and didn’t find myself trying to find the right spot for my head as much. I wish the fluff of it would stay up more, however. If I didn’t have other pillows it would get too flat for my liking. The cover could also improve because it feels like the covers of those hospital pillows.

An Almost Perfect Pillow

The pillow holds up to the promise of staying cool through the night and the quality is on point. My only objection would be to the thinness of the pillow. I wish there was more puff to better support the neck. It helps to fold it in and under. Overall, I'm still in search of the perfect pillow, but this is the closest I've come upon!
