The pillows are uncomfortable and dead to sleep on. It has honestly been the worst sleep I have had using them. I have woken up with headaches, neck pain, up and down all night. I recently bought some temperpeudic pillows and using both I sleep great finally.

I have been using the Casper pillow at home for a while now and love it. It's always cool and comfortable, and no more waking up with a stiff neck. I have subsequently bought additional Casper pillows to keep at my parents' house and my in-laws' house for when I visit, and I sleep much better at both places as a result.
