The quality of the pillow is very high. Nicely made, but not for us. The issue is the thickness of the pillow. They is too high for my wife & myself so we will be returning them. Hope this helps someone else. The guarantee makes trying the pillow a no risk proposition, which is good.

I bought 2 king sized casper pillows after my partner and I have searched long and hard for comfortable pillows that are long enough for our bed, yet provide us the support we need on our back and sides. I had high hopes and really wanted to love this pillow but it is just TOO FLAT. It did not live up to my expectations. I have no idea how so many people feel it is perfect and supportive, because it is as flat as a down pillow, and my head sinks straight to the bed. I have to roll it and ball it up to keep my neck in a neutral position. So bummed out!

The pillow feels rather firm to me and it does not seem to stay cool and comfortable. I have had to adjust to it as I was previously using a memory foam pillow. It is more comfortable than when I first started using it.
