I would say it's the best pillow I've ever had I don't wake up with neck pain anymore I do wish it was a little cooler didn't need to be fluffed up so much but it's definitely a great pillow

It's really hard to find an acceptable, night-after-night sleeping pillow! Originally bought 2 King pillows which didn't work for sleeping... they're thick and the center/core felt hard and now use them as bolsters or back pillows for reading. Then I bought 2 Standards and immediately loved them for sleeping so much so I bought 2 more. They are the best sleeping pillow ever!

Just like one shoe might feel great for one person and awful for another, the Casper pillow caused my neck and upper back to hurt after lying on my back and reading for one hour. The pillow is too thick and rigid. I could not get it to comfortably support my cervical spine.
My wife tried the pillow for 2 evenings. She also found the pillow too big and uncomfortable. We will be returning the pillow.

The pillow at first appears very firm but your head eventually gets cradled in a nice cozy position. It’s very nice compared to cheap retail pillows. I would buy again, a little pricey though.
