Quality pillow but too soft

The pillow is high quality, but much too soft for my liking. Wish the pillow was firmer as I feel like my head is almost down to the mattress itself. On the other hand, the company has been great to work with so far.

Best night of sleep ever

I’ve been having some terrible neck pain (from my old pillows, among other things) and asked for Casper pillows after reading the reviews. And OMG I was not disappointed! I had one of the best nights sleep in my life and didn’t want to get out of bed the next morning. A true godsend! Thank you Casper!
