I read the reviews before purchasing and thought omg this might be the pillow I need! I woke up with neck and back soreness because of how I was laying and sleeping with my pillow so I decided to grab this one! It's been a few months and with the Casper I feel no different...my neck aches every morning because of how flat my pillow became. I thought after awhile maybe something will change but for me it hasn't..pillow not what I expected.

Lacks support over time. The firmness and fluffiness level is just right; however loses its shape throughout the night, especially is side sleeping (not enough support after it flattens)

I absolutely love this pillow. The firmness on the inside and the softness on the outside. Also, it stays cool, never gets hot like other pillows. I have been sleeping on cool gel pillows for the past 3 years, bit find I prefer Casper pillow by far more superior. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.
