We are very picky about pillows and have discussions about merits of down versus poly-filled. Casper pillow is so comfortable that we ordered a second pair after sleeping one night on them. Soft, cool, not too firm but shapes well. We both love these pillows!

My wife loves her pillow, me not so much. For her it was perfect. But for me it was too flat. She's a back sleeper and said it's perfect for her sleeping position. I'm more of a side sleeper with some back sleeping and it's much too flat. I bought two of these and will keep them for my wife, one for now, one for a backup.On a side note we purchased the mattress a few years ago and agree it's the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on.

We tested out the pillows in the showroom and they were much nicer there than when they arrive. To thick, lumpy (even after fluffing). In the process of returning. Not the worst Ive ever slept on but my expectations were not met.
