I had hesitated to purchase this pillow at the beginning because it’s expensive. Good thing is the 100 trail days to return with no questions asked. However, I slept on it for a week. The shoulder pain and the neck pain were gone. It’s the first time I sleep on a low pillow. I like it. Another good thing is machine wash friendly. Recommend
