I've had contoured memory foam pillows, fibre fill pillows, and feather pillows. Feather pillows are, in my opinion, the royal standard. The Casper pillow is every bit as good, maybe better than feather pillows. I will not tell you this pillow will eliminate neck pain but it has made the most positive impact for me vs. any other pillows I have tried. I highly recommend it, regardless the fairly steep price, it is worth it.
