my neck is in a better position, I would use a memory foam pillow however, memory foam pillow does not give in to your head so I would get stiff neck.

I don't normally review things, but this still away exceeded my expectations. I missed it now when I don't sleep with it. It's supported in all the right ways, but doesn't push your head up in the air. It will fluff up for side sleeping but crunch down for back sleeping. I couldn't be happier.
