Comfortable but slightly too soft and malleable

The pillow is soft, but it doesn't quite hold its shape. It compacts very easily and I was hoping for something a little more firm and much more fluffy. However, the pillow definitely doesn't clump and is reshaped easily. I got this pillow to help reduce my neck pain as I sleep on my stomach and I have been trying to teach myself to sleep on my side or my back. I would say this pillow definitely helps to relieve the strain on my neck while sleeping on my stomach because it is thin and soft and molds easily to my positioning. However, the increased comfort has also made it more difficult for me to transition off of sleeping on my stomach because it is too thin/easily compacted to use for side sleeping, I either find myself scrunching it up for increased height/support or I end up rolling on top of it back to on my stomach.

At first it felt really nice and comfortable to sleep on. However after a couple of nights the outer pillow kept deforming and the material on the inside would bulk in multiple spots creating these hill like sections. I tried fluffing it but it didn’t help so I had to unfortunately send it back
