The pillow is not as firm as I would like. It doesn't really raise your head, or add much support to your head. It does stay cool while you are sleeping on it.

The pillow is nice but the stuffing doesn’t stay as firmly in place as I expected. Was hoping for a bit more neck support. I am a side sleeper and although this pillow provides somewhat better support than other less expensive ones, it isn’t really worth the extra money.
